Digital processes will be the norm and paper processes an exception from then on.<br> In 2010 IATA introduced e-AWB project. Objective was to initiate digitalization of air cargo supply chain. This e-AWB initiative has been a key to the digitalization and transformation of our industry. Data availability and quality is critical to deliver innovative solutions and enhance customer experience.
