CGATE Logistics goes UK

Dear Customers & Partners,

CGATE Logistics GmbH is very pleased to announce that we aquired B&N Logistics Ltd. After the establishment of our branch in Düsseldorf in 2016 and the foundation of our office in Gdynia, Poland, last year, we now welcome our new team in London to the CGATE family.

The aquisition of B&N Logistics Ltd., headquartered in London (UK), aims to extend our market position, increase efficiency and further expand our share in the industry. The combination of B&N Logistics’ knowledge of UK industrial and commercial requirements and our strong presence and expertise in the EU will guarantee our customers the best transport and customs clearance services across the continent of the EU, especially in an unknown future, considering the Brexit.

B&N Logistics Limited is officially incorporated into CGATE Logistics UK Ltd since 1 April 2019. The company has been renamed and is from now on an inherent part of our CGATE Logistics Group. Together we are looking forward to strengthen the company’s future!
